I've visited Hoi An a few times and its hard not to get sick of it. The Ancient town is grungy but charming. Lots of tourists, lots of souvenir shops, lots of cheap and some expensive hotels
The food: must try Cao Lau(handmade noodles) and white rose
For alot of the temples and places of interest you need to purchase tickets.
The beaches are nice.

Be sure to check out My' Son Cham ruins which is about a 1/2 hr from Hoi An.
